    Cher Monsieur Phinto, je suis heureux de pouvoir m'adresser à vous en français. L'envoie de la télécopie de votre institution me surprend un peu et cela ne m'enchante pas. Car pour le transfert de ce 45MUSD, qui dure depuis bientôt 2 ans, n'en est pas à sa première tentative. D'ailleurs c'est la deuxième fois qu'on essaie de me faire passer par l'Espagne... Il y a eu aussi la Belgique, la Holland, les États-Unis... J'ai dû dépensé une fortune sans jamais que cela ne puisse aboutir et là, il faudrait recommencer le même processus de détour et de frais divers? Non, cela ne m'enchante pas du tout, du tout!

  *  Pourquoi ne passe t'on pas directement par le CANADA?
  *  Pourquoi me redemander mes différentes informations? Ceux qui vous demande de faire ce transfert n'ont-ils pas transféré ces informations en même tant? C'est extrêmement bizarre ça, non?
  * Dans ce type de processus, une compagnie de Hong Kong a déjà essayé de me soutirer ce fonds. Alors il n'est plus question que je vous envoie ma signature ni une photo de moi ni une photo de permis de conduire!!
  * pour le reste ça peut aller, mais vous devriez avoir déjà ces informations sous la main.

    Pour les communications par téléphone, et en français seulement car je ne parle aucune autre langue, je ne serai chez moi pour y répondre qu'avant 11 heure [heure d'Espagne], soit avant 6 heure {heure local du Québec}.

Et comment s'insère-t-il dans cette affaire. Et vous de quelle chiffre {au singulier ou au pluriel} parlez-vous? Ces deux autres Ministères m'ont parlé de deux tentatives de détournement de ce fonds, vers un compte à Hong Kong puis vers un autre en Nouvelle Zélande, et vous, vous me dites que je vous ai fourni un compte de la Banque de Montréal, à Toronto, au Canada!

    Parlons-nous vraiment de la même affaire? Ne vous êtes-vous pas trompés de personne et de cas? Qui vous a fournis ces renseignements sur moi et sur mon  transfert de fonds et pour quelle organisation travaille-t-il; d'où ces informations proviennent-ils?

    J'en suis à environ 1000 communications depuis le début de ce transfert "intangible" et j'ai entrepris plusieurs démarches et encouru plusieurs dépenses pour cela. Et vous voudriez que je recommence à zéro! Présentement, je n'ai plus d'argent, je suis fortement endetté, et le directeur de la CitiBank, qui a vu leur traite faite à mon nom  revenir à leur bureau après un long périple en Europe (surtout en Belgique), m'a proposé son aide financier pour réessayer et je dois tenir compte de ces efforts et dépenses déjà encourues.

    Je n'ai pas de compte à la Banque de Montréal, ni à Toronto, ni à Québec (Sainte-Foy est maintenant fusionnée avec Québec, la ville) et je n'ai jamais fourni la référence que vous avez indiqué dans le doccument/fax ci-dessous que j'ai copié et traduit en français.

    Je vous demande donc de préciser de quel envoi il s'agit, à quelle somme totale ou partielle vous faites allusion ou référence que je puisse me situer dans votre intervention. J'aimerais savoir pourquoi mes chiffres ne concordent pas avec ceux du Ministrère Fédéral des Finances du Nigéria par exemple...

For two years already, I passed several times by these various phases without this transfer succeeds finally in my account. I spent a fortune on it and I am at present too much got into debt to pay of new expenses and especially to begin again in zero.

     Besides, how I may be sure of the authenticity of your group and your step(method). You seem to be ignorant or badly informed about this affair(business) quite as moreover it were the Ministry of Justice of Nigéria, then that of Finances afterward. Unless you know about it more than me and unless I would have except certain aspects of all this. The Federal Exchequer (Ministry of Finance) to me of 30,5MUSD. Where from results this figure? And how it) fits into this affair(business). And you of which calculate(code) {in the singular or in the plural} do you speak? Due to allegation of fund diversion, payment delays through unnecessary use of bureaucratic office process and imposition of unauthorized fees leveled against officials of CBN, NNPC, FMF, Ecowas Committee, Anti Fraud Unit, Office of the Presidency and Senate Committees which compelled the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to stop them from managing contractual payment, the above offices has been advised to hand over to the world Bank delegation team of experts headed by MR.  LEON  WALKER to avoid duplication of effort, though such offices may hesitate to let you know of this new development.

En raison de l'allégation de déviation de fonds, le paiement retarde par l'utilisation inutile de processus de bureau bureaucratique et l'imposition d'honoraires non autorisés nivelés contre les fonctionnaires de CBN, NNPC, FMF, Ecowas le Comité, l'Unité d'Anti-Fraude, le Bureau de la Présidence et les Comités de Sénat qui ont contraint le gouvernement de la République fédérale du Nigeria de les arrêter de gérer le paiement contractuel, on a avisé aux susdits bureaux de remettre à l'équipe de délégation de la Banque Mondiale d'experts dirigés par M. LEON WALKER pour éviter la duplication d'effort, quoique tels bureaux puissent hésiter à vous faire part de ce nouveau développement.
