je suis heureux de pouvoir m'adresser à vous en français. L'envoi de la télécopie de votre institution me surprend un peu et cela ne m'enchante pas. Car pour le transfert de ce 45MUSD, qui dure depuis bientôt 2 ans, n'en est pas à sa première tentative. D'ailleurs c'est la deuxième fois qu'on essaie de me faire passer par l'Espagne... Il y a eu aussi la Belgique, la Holland, les États-Unis... J'ai dû dépensé une fortune sans jamais que cela ne puisse aboutir et là, il faudrait recommencer le même processus de détour et de frais divers? Non, cela ne m'enchante pas du tout, du tout!

* Pourquoi ne passe-t-on pas directement par le CANADA?

* Pourquoi me redemander mes différentes informations? Ceux qui vous demande de faire ce transfert n'ont-ils pas transféré ces informations en même tant? C'est extrêmement bizarre ça, non?

* Dans ce type de processus, une compagnie de Hong Kong a déjà essayé de me soutirer ce fonds. Alors il n'est plus question que je vous envoie ma signature ni une photo de moi ni une photo de permis de conduire!

* pour le reste ça peut aller, mais vous devriez avoir déjà ces informations sous la main.

Pour les communications par téléphone, et en français seulement car je ne parle aucune autre langue, je ne serai chez moi pour y répondre qu'avant 11 heure [heure d'Espagne], soit avant 6 heure {heure local du Québec}.

J'aimerais aussi que vous me précisiez quelle personne responsable et quelle organisation vous demande de me faire ce transfert. Merci!

Je voulais Communiquer avec M. Phinto par courriel plutôt que par téléphone, mais il ne semble pas donner suite à mon souhait. Ma situation financière ne me permet pas de faire de nombreux appels téléphoniques en dehors du Canada. C'est trop coûteux et ces appels sont trop longs. De plus je peux difficilement vous en faire un rapport exact et complet et cela demande beaucoup de temps...

Je vous ai déjà indiqué que je ne pouvais pas aller en Espagne, cela est hors de question et je n'ai pas d'argent pour une telle aventure.

De par mes expériences passées, je sais qu'ils vont encore réclamer le paiement d'autres sommes d'argent en d'honoraires et en frais divers même en acceptant de procéder autrement. Et je suis loin d'être sûr que vous pourrez prendre en charge tout cela. Donc se mettre un voyage sur les bras, ou sur le dos au sens figuré n'est pas une bonne idée. Lors d'une telle demande de l'an passé on me demandait même de payer quelques milliers de dollars durant ce voyage en frais divers; ce qui se rajoutait au frais du voyage lui-même... Il ne faut pas être dupe de tout cela; de tout ce processus. Des charges de 7000 à 9000 USD pourraient peser très lourdement sur vos épaules et je soupçonne que cela ne serait pas encore suffisant pour l'aboutissement de ce transfert... On m'a déjà fait le coup et je ne veux pas vous illusionner avec tout cela.

Ce voyage n'est donc pas une solution, et je ne peux satisfaire à cette demande même si c'est une exigence présentement!
