Bonjour Madame Suzzen Gratz, secrétaire pour le commissaire M. Brethen Marethen.
On m'avait déjà mis au courant de votre participation à ce transfert de fonds de 45 M USD. Ça fait déjà plusieurs mois que ce transfert est en marche. Cela a commencé au Togo. J'ai dû dépenser plusieurs dizaine de milliers de dollars pour essayer de faire aboutir cette affaire. Mais chaque fois, pour chaque essai, on me rajoute des frais supplémentaires ou des démarches fort coûteuses qui ont fini par drainé tout l'argent dont je disposais y compris des emprunts sur cartes de crédit et cela depuis un an... Je suis au bout de mes ressources financières! Et à chacun de ces essai j'ai dû renoncer au paiement des derniers frais exigés par manque de ressources et cela a mis fin temporairement à la démarche globale entreprise...
Présentement, j'en ai pour 6 à 7 annés à rembourser ce que j'ai emprunté avec mes moyens actuels. Aussi, je ne peux plus payer de nouveaux frais. Et c'est en sachant cela que l'actuel entente de Bruxelles à été fait. Cependant, on m'exige quand même actuellement des frais d'honoraires BTA de 500 USD payables immédiatement et cela avant même de recevoir ma Traite de 45 M USD. Pourtant, je leur avais bien dit que je ne pourrai payer ces frais que lors du dépôt à Montréal dans une Banque Canadienne Nationale en présence du Sénateur LINUS EGOBIA {et d'une interprète, la Sénatrice LOLA ABIOLA} en prélevant cette argent sur ce même compte , lors du dépôt. C'est même dans cet optique là que j'ai organisé une rencontre avec eux à Montréal. Mais présentement cela ne tient plus selon eux car ils exigent de payer d'avance ces frais pour que la rencontre ait lieu...
Comme je n'ai plus d'argent, je leur ai donc dit de tout laisser tomber s'ils ne veulent pas suivre la démarche que je leur ai proposée... C'est ainsi qu'il ont arrêté le processus d'acheminement de cette traite et qu'ils attendent votre avis avant de poursuivre éventuellement leur voyage qui devait débuter mercredi à Abuja au Bénin.

En ce qui me concerne, tout ceci constitue pour moi une trahison de fort mauvais goût.
Les 250 USD que je leur ai envoyés étaient justement pour payer ces honoraires BTA. Du moins, c'est ce que je croyais. Cette somme d'argent représente pour moi une dépense épouvantable qu'on peut évaluer à un tel montant multiplié par un taux d'intérêt de 19,5 % durant 7 ans. Soit une jolie somme d'environ 900 USD qui vient s'ajouter à de nombreux autres milliers de dollars. Je n'aurais jamais dû vous faire confiance et surtout croire que c'était le dernier montant que j'aurais à payer avant de recevoir cette traite.
Maintenant, sachez que toute démarche à partir de maintenant qui nécessite le paiement de quelques frais ou honoraires que ce soit et de qui que ce soit à l'avance est complètement futile et inutile.
Je n'ai plus d'argent et la discussion est termitée en ce qui me concerne.

Vous me dites de faire de mon mieux, mais c'est exactement ce que j'ai fait. Il m'est impossible de leur envoyer de l'argent car je n'en ai pas. C'est assez clair non? Ils se lamentent pour les frais que cela leur occasionnent, mais ils ne veulent pas m'écouter et prendre en considération ma situation réelle et ils s'illusionnent et font des démarches futiles et inutiles étant donnés les circonstances.
Pour moi, c'est une perte de plus d'un million de dollars en intérêt depuis 8 mois. Mais ça, ils n'en parlent pas souvent. Et c'est sans considérer une autre perte de 30 millions USD que cela occasionne indirectement.
C'est votre groupe qui m'a contacté pour repartir ce transfert et malgré le fait que je vous avais déjà expliqué que je n'avais plus d'argent pour payer des frais ou des honoraires, vous n'en avez pas tenu compte et vous avez procédé en me cachant les frais à venir. Alors, en me présentant la note, il est inutile de feindre la surprise de mon impossibilité de les payer ni de ne pas pouvoir les payer.
En ce qui me concerne, cette affaire est close. Je n'ai plus de temps à perdre avec ça!!!
