Cela me semble être un autre problème supplémentaire à résoudre! Qu'en pensez-vous et que suggérez-vous?

In my big surprise, I noticed that the international banking draft of 45M was made in the name of my company JACQUES FORTIER CORPORATION SARL. It had been foreseen since any beginning by this affair(business) with ECOWAS when this fund must be sent to my name and to personal profit and in my account personal of the National Bank of Canada N 21-477-59. All the papers {forms} had been made as a consequence.

It seems to me to be another supplementary problem to resolve! What do you think of it and what do you suggest?

Le problème c'est que le numéro de compte à ma banque est à mon propre nom et non au nom de ma compagnie. Donc je ne pourrais pas déposer cette traite bancaire internationale puisqu'elle n'est pas faite à mon nom. De plus elle ne pourrait pas être déposé au nom de ma compagnie dans ce compte puisque ce compte est au nom de JACQUES FORTIER, compte personnel! Je serait donc dans une impasse!

So I could not put down(deposit) this international banking draft because it is not made for my name. Furthermore it could not be put down(deposited) in the name of my company in this account because this account is in the name of JACQUES FORTIER, personal account! I would be so in an impasse!

Ils ont déjà faite l'erreur de marquer 35M USD au lieu de 45 M et ils l'ont corrigée sans avoir à exiger quoi que ce soit de ma part. Ici aussi, il s'agit d'une erreur administrative interne à vos organisations et bureaux qui n'ont pas tenu compte des données de base. Tout cela pour en arriver à vous dire, que je ne peux payer les charges administratives que ce changement pourrait exigé et que je n'ai pas, non plus, à le faire! Alors, c'est dans ce cadre-là {cette optique-là} que vous devez envisager ce changement, puisque ce qui a été fait ne correspond pas à ce qui devait être fait!

J'aimerais aussi que vous vous assuriez du bon numéro de contrat s'il doit nécessairement apparaître sur cette traite bancaire internationale.

Je n'y vois pas la date date, sauf pour l'année 2001. Cependant mes autres documents reçus hier indiquent bien la date d'un événement qui concerne cette traite bancaire internationale. Avec ça je ne pense pas avoir de problème majeur.
