I am sorry that I have not replied your mails for some time. After I came back from Sierra Leone, I fell sick and was hospitalised for these while. In fact we agree with your caption of "CRITICAL" condition. The fault is not from Peace Chambers. There is a communique reached and this is passed as a law for Drug Trafficking and Money Laundering that certain amounts must pay certain graduated charges for clearance to obtain the Certificate. Your contractual figure of $45M is big and this attracts $25,800.00 for charges to be settled before you would be issued the certificate. But I personally
negotiated with the Chairman and he agreed to accept $5000.00 as bribe so that he and his Directors will share the $5000.00 and release the Certificate to you. After the Certicate is released to you, and you collect your $45M in your account, Peace Chambers will demand this $25,800.00 from you to pay for the cost of certificate and then obtain its receipt.

But you complained bitterly that you had no money and I had to beg the Chairman again and he agreed to approve the release of the certificate if only I can give him CFA1.2M. I told you this and you sent the money and the money was also given to him. But the irony of it all is that, the Chairman did not give to his Directors part of the CFA1.2M because the money is too small for his position and person. You see, if you had sent the equivalent of $5000.00, the other Directors will get their share and consent to the DEAL. But they did not get any thing.
