J'ai déjà payé 7525,60 USD à la SGB pour les frais de cet envoi (voir les reçues N° 0025361 et N° 0025387 du 9 février 2001) pour ce même envoi de Fonds de 45 M$ ainsi que de multiples frais afférents à cet envoi. Or je n'ai plus un sous en poche et je dois faire face à de gros emprunts suite à cette affaire. Le retard de l'envoi de ce 45 M$ a procuré à la Banque émettrice de cet argent plus de 500 000 USD, que moi je perds et on me demande de payer encore 2150 USD !!! Cela dépasse les bornes et c'est regrettable, car je ne puis plus payer d'avance de telles sommes...

    Je vous suggère de discutter avec M. Mamabon Vendressi, directeur des finances de la SGB, du département des affaires étrangères de cette question et d'insister sur les intérêts énorme que la SGB fait avec mon argent et de lui demander si cette intérêt ne pourrait-elle pas servir à défrayer ces frais ou s'il pouvait attendre après la réception dans mon compte de ce 45 M$ pour se faire payer .

It exceeds borders and it is regrettable, because I may not pay any more beforehand such sums...

 I suggest you of discutter with Mr. Mamabon Vendressi, director of the finances of the SGB, the department of the foreign affairs of this question and to insist on interests enormous which the SGB makes with my money and ask him if this interest it could not serve for paying the expenses of these expenses or if he could wait after the reception in my account of this 45 M$ to charge.
