Je vois maintenant que vous et le département de télex et d'ordinateur savez déjà que le dépôt ne se fera pas avant d'avoir été payés pour les frais de 550 USD. Tout ceci est donc futile! Je croyais avoir été assez clair sur ce sujet! Je n'ai plus d'argent et ne peut plus en emprunter. Donc je ne peux d'aucune manière payer ces frais avant que le dépôt du 45 M USD ne soit fait dans mon compte. Aussi, étant donné vos positions communes et la politique inflexible {protocole}de transfert du département de télex et d'ordinateur, il est inutile d'aller plus loin. il faut laisser tomber toute cette affaire. C'est pour cette raison que je n'ai pu aller plus loin avec la SGB auparavant, bien que le montant était supérieur. Je leur avait déjà fourni une première fois $7.525,60 USD, puis 2150 USD avant qu'il n'envoie l'affaire en Espagne où on me réclamait un autre 9960 USD.

Si vous ne pouver pas obtenir que le dépôt soit fait en premier, il ne reste plus qu'à leur laisser savoir que je ne peux leur payer ce 550 USD et que je ne le pourrai pas avant 6 ans... tant j'ai des dettes à rembourser...

Je comprends votre fâcheuse position. Si vous m'aviez demandé mon avis sur votre aide monétaire avant de me l'accorder, je vous aurais dit de ne pas le faire; que c'était trop risqué. Cependant placé devant le fait accompli, je ne voulais pas que votre très bonne action soit perdue, qu'elle fût faite en pure perte. Aussi j'ai accepté de prendre un très gros risque financier personnel afin de vous évitez cela en espérant qu'il n'y ait plus d'autres charges inopportunes{imprévues} et que je puisse vous rembourser cela en recevant le 45 M.

Mais cela n'a pas abouti et on me réclame encore un gros montant; enfin pour moi c'est un très gros montant d'argent, une trop grosse somme. Je sais que vous y avez mis votre paie du mois de juillet et c'est énorme, mais mes cartes de crédits sont rendues aux maximum et, même si je voulais encore emprunter, je n'ai plus de crédit à nul part. Donc je ne peux plus rien emprunter... C'est pourquoi je vous ai écrit hier pour vous faire connaître ma situation désespérée et désespérante dans cette affaire. Je n'ai encore rien dit à l'Hon. Dr. Kojo Williams. Mais jeudi soir je devrai lui écrire pour lui faire connaître mon incapacité à payer ces frais de transfert.

Maintenant, j'aimerais en profiter pour vous expliquer la situation plus généralement. Votre système monétaire bancaire et de transfert d'argent est une source inépuisable de surprises, de déceptions, d'inconnus et de frais cachés. On ne sais pas à quoi s'attendre d'avance. On ne nous dit jamais s'il y a d'autres frais par la suite ni leur importance; on se contente de nous présenter une facture, ou plutôt, de nous indiquer les frais à payer dans l'immédiat et souvent en nous disant qu'il n'y en a plus d'autres. Puis, lorsqu'on les a payés ces frais, on nous présente une autre charge pour une autre étape et cela n'en fini plus. Dans mon cas, on m'envoie d'un organisme à un autre avec chacun leur frais particulier et si on passe par l'intermédiaire d'une tierce Banque, alors là les frais sont fastidieux {énormes}. Et ceux, comme vous qui veulent m'aider, semble ne pas être au courant de toute ces étapes et de tous ces intermédiaires, pas plus que de leur frais spécifiques.

Quand vous m'avez annoncé votre aide financière, vous m'aviez dit qu'il n'y aurait pas d'autres charges. Et vous n'êtes pas le premier à me l'avoir dit... Et si on peut faire confiance en votre sincérité, qu'en est-il du système de transfert qui doit justement acheminer l'argent?

Cessez de vous torturer les méninges et ne présumez plus que je puisse payer quoi que ce soit de plus. C'est n'est pas le cas et ce n'est pas de bon coeur que je regarde cette opportunité passée. J'ai fait mon budjet pour les 6 prochains mois et je constate qu'à partir de janvier - février je ne pourrai probablement plus payer mes comptes et mes mensualités. Cela signifie que j'ai déjà été trop loin dans ces dépenses sans fin et inutiles puisque je ne puis aller jusqu'au bout encore une fois.
