Pour le Code TAM, je présume qu'ECOWAS qui a participé à cette décision qui vous concerne et qui est l'organisation qui me paie ce montant pour un contrat effectuer avec eux doit certainement avoir ce CODE et en avoir tenu compte avant d'avoir effectuer ce paiement. Aussi, je m'étonne que ce code ne soit pas mentionné par eux dans la documentation accompagnant ce paiement. Si c'est si important, ils doivent l'avoir vérifié eux-mêmes avant d'aller en avant avec ce paiement, non!
Pour ce que vous m'avez dit concernant votre représentation en Belgique, il faudrait me laisser savoir leur adresse postale, leurs numéros de tétéphone et de télécopieur ainsi que leur adresse de courriel avec le nom d'un responsable s'ils prennent la relève avec cette affaire.
En ce sens, il reste quelque chose à élucider: vous parler de la représentation D'Abuja en Belgique et de l'action du gouvernement dans cette affaire, or vous êtes au Bénin et Abuja est la capital du Nigéria et non un pays, alors quand vous me parler du gouvernement, de quel gouvernement parlez-vous?

De plus, je dois consacrer maintenant tout ce que je possède comme argent à payer mes taxes municipales, même si ce n'est pas suffisant, afin de ne pas me faire saisir et perdre tout ce qui me reste de richesse terrestre... Je vous ferai remarquai aussi que ce qui me reste d'argent n'est pas de l'argent mais plutôt une possibilité d'emprunter un peu d'argent dans un mois pour payer une partie de ces taxes... Aussi, il est inutile d'attendre plus de moi pour l'instant en ce qui concerne cette affaire...
Quant au Gouvernement d'Abuja, il était parfaitement au courant de mes problèmes financiers lorsqu'il s'est engagé dans cette affaire. Alors si ce gouvernement ne le croyait pas et qu'il se sent frustré de tout ceci maintenant, Abuja n'a qu'à s'en prendre à lui-même... Ce gouvernement n'a jamais voulu prendre au sérieux mon problème de manque d'argent et m'a poussé à m'endetter encore davantage voulant toujours aller de l'avant et en présumant de ma capacité de payer... J'ai été jusqu'à l'extrême limite du possible avec eux... Maintenant ce n'est plus possible!
