    votre demande de payer 3000,00USD pour l'envoi de cette traite est rejeté. Je ne peux y satisfaire. Je suis déjà trop endetté et je ne puis plus rien emprunter. Je vous remercie d'avoir bien voulu répondre à M. Pierre Primeau qui me servait d'interprète aujourd'hui au téléphone. Cette traite aurait dû partir de New York et venir directement ici à Sainte-Foy sans encombre et sans frais aditionnel comme on me l'avait garanti. Il n'y aura donc pas de suite favorable à cette affaire.

There will not be so in succession favorable to this affair(business).
